Customers receive a one-time QR code to use in the store of their choice when they register using the
FTx Identity app. This code quickly expires, preventing anyone else from using it for themselves.
Customers who do not want to use the FTx Identity app can register via the FTx Identity website, as long as they have a webcam.
A customer can now shop in their chosen store after signing up via the app or website. They are scanned by a security camera within the store to confirm that they are who they claim to be. Before they ever present their purchases to the cashier to be scanned and purchased, the cashier will already be acquainted with who they are.
The number of customer sign-ups, staff sign-ins (and how frequently they signed in), and applications you received to join FTx Identity can all be seen in the back-end.
